What is an Adjust Sheet?
This sheet allows you to adjust the pillow height.
It is made from the same material as Brain Sleep products, so it can be used without interfering with breathability.
How to use: Place under your pillow.

Q: Can I return or exchange the product?
A. We do not accept exchanges unless the product is defective.
Returns will be accepted only if the item is unused and unopened and are received within 8 days of arrival.
Please note that shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.
Q: How do I care for it?
A. If you are concerned about odors or stains, the pillow cover can be washed in the washing machine. Please check the washing instructions. The pillow itself can be washed with water.
Rinse off with warm water from a shower set to lukewarm water (about 40 degrees).
After rinsing, dry in the shade in a well-ventilated, flat place.
If you are particularly concerned about odors or stains, use a diluted neutral detergent.
<Precautions when cleaning the pillow body>
Please note that bending the pillow or putting pressure on it may cause wrinkles or dents to appear in the pillow.
When cleaning, do not use hot water over 51 degrees Celsius. Also, the quality will deteriorate if it is exposed to direct sunlight for a long time.
Avoid drying in the sun and always dry in the shade.
